Types of Restaurants

Nowadays, there are so many types of restaurants to choose for people in our society, and each type of restaurants has its own unique features of decoration, service, menu, atmosphere, and so on.  According to these different features, consumers can select the appropriate restaurant for themselves when they eat out.  Then, I would like to introduce two types of restaurants: sushi restaurants and buffet restaurant.


One is sushi restaurant, and it is very popular especially for people who love not greasy flavor.  Sushi is a Japanese food, consisting of vinegared rice, raw seafood and vegetables.  People can taste different kinds of sushi in the restaurants such as Nigiri, Gunkan Nigiri, Hosomaki, Futomaki and Uramaki.  Before you start to eat sushi, you can use oshibori which is usually placed in front of your seat to clean your hands.  In addition, some people may think chopsticks are the necessary utensils for eating sushi.  In fact, sushi is traditionally a finger food, and it is acceptable to eat sushi with your hands directly.  The most important of all, when you eat sushi, you just need to dip only the fish into the soy sauce.  The rice part of the sushi should not touch your soy sauce, or it may destroy the texture of original sushi.
The other one is buffet restaurant, and it makes people be served with a variety of foods that they want.  Before you go to eat at a buffet, you can think what you really want to eat.  In this way, it can help you avoid grabbing good aimlessly.  You can arrange your plates any way you want, but taking just a teaspoon of each kind of dish would be the best choice for most people.  Therefore, you can taste almost everything in buffet restaurant.  Above all, it is not necessary to feel that you must finish all the food on your plate.  Some people would avert to waste food, and they force themselves to eat the food which they actually do not like.  Overeating may make your stomach feel too full and uncomfortable, and it may affect your health.   



It is really convenient for people when they need to eat out, because there are so many special restaurants in our society.  As a consumer, you need to know what you really want to eat and what kind of restaurants are suitable for you.  You can search the internet for information about the restaurants before you plan to go, and it would be helpful for you to have a good dining experience.
